I’m Savannah Ames, a licensed San Diego real estate agent who was born and raised here. Real estate has always been part of my life - my mom and nana are both realtors, and I grew up learning the importance of trust, communication, and strong advocacy for clients.

What sets me apart is my hands-on, detail-oriented approach - I stay fully involved, communicate clearly, and never leave my clients guessing. I take the time to truly understand my clients’ goals, communicate clearly at every step, and stay fully involved from start to finish - not passing you off once you’re under contract. I treat every transaction like it’s my own, because I know how big these decisions are.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout San Diego, providing honest guidance, strong negotiation, and a calm, steady presence during what can often feel like an overwhelming process.

Outside of real estate, I’m a softball coach at Point Loma High School and love staying active with pickleball and softball, spending time with family, enjoying the beach, and traveling. I’m deeply connected to this community, and my goal is always to help my clients feel confident, supported, and well taken care of every step of the way.
